PlayStation plus pack not working

I clicked on it and it says purchased but it’s not showing up in game, I restored licenses and it still doesn’t show up in game and it won’t let me re download it so any fix?

    It’s 2024 and it still doesn’t work * EA GAMES y’all happily take money but don’t fix * * ps4 too
