@Midnight9746 As previously mentioned, I acknowledge that you cannot assist in lifting the ban, that you are volunteers, and that the ToS team is solely responsible for such actions. However, I truly feel helpless in every sense of the word in convincing the support team to lift or even reduce the penalty of the permanent ban. What added to my frustration is that I read on Q&A websites and social media about players who were banned for the same reason, and their bans have lasted for over four months. This indicates a complete lack of concern, with the same repetitive response from the support team.
Are we truly dealing with perfect beings who never make mistakes in their lives, or are we such vile individuals that we don't deserve any care or empathy? Honestly, thank you as an assistant on this platform. I believe I have lost my account because I am the worst person on this planet, simply for violating one of the game's rules—rules that 90% of the players don't abide by. As proof of my statement, go and watch all the tournaments (ALGS, BLGS) that they organize. When you apply the standards to everyone equally, then I will neither complain nor ask anything from those responsible for the game. Thank you truly for all the possible help.

As we've covered multiple times in previous threads, this is not something that can be changed here on the forums as our ToS team has already completed multiple investigations.
