Please explain the process of checking the BAN.

First of all, please understand that I am using a translator because English is not my first language.

A few weeks ago, I was BANed

To explain the situation at the time, I was playing a classic match with my friend, not a rank match, and my other friend and I were already dead and the remaining friend survived and played alone. I was looking at his screen and the game ended when the friend also died. But my game screen was completely frozen and I couldn't do anything, and I had to forcefully shut it down through Windows Task Manager.
After that, I logged in again, but I couldn't access the game normally, so I shut down the game with Alt F4, rebooted the computer, and reconnected, and it was BAN after that.

I don't understand how this is a BAN reason.

So I suspect that EA is not checking it directly, but judging by the data captured by AI.

Do you really check out the playing video?
 

I'm not a cheater, please. Release the BAN.

Or did I really get hacked? No one tells me that.

    I'm afraid that if the TOS team has determined the ban cannot be lifted then the account will remain banned.

    I'm afraid that's not something we would really have any insight on. I'd recommend getting in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They'll need to determine if the ban can be overturned. 

    For more details on how to set up a case with the TOS team check out the EA Help website. They will follow up with you via email as soon as they can.

    We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

    Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

    They don't even think about seeing what I'm saying.

    So this is my last and only hope.

    I beg you to release the BAN.

    If I'm not a YouTuber or Twitch streamer, or someone who records all my videos every day, I'll have to be branded a Cheater for the rest of my life, right?

    So, your EA TOS team only believes in what the AI program told you and only reviews it and treats you like a criminal.

    It's disappointing that you don't tell me anything, you don't give me an opportunity to explain, you just give me one-sided notice.

    I'm so tired of why I have to burn my emotions over this.



    I don't think I'll play games related to EA in my life.
