Looks like we are in the same boat! I also tried to delete the game and reinstall it twice but still I wasn't successful.
The only way I have been able to play is if I joined somebody else party. That will only last as long as you are in that party otherwise you cant solo queue.
I am hoping they will address this issue with the update for season 7.
I hope they do, it's absolutely ridiculous.
