To confirm are you trying to get your Xbox account on the same EA account as another platform?

If so, there are a few things to keep in mind:

- If the Xbox account was previously linked to a different EA account, and you unlink it to link to a new EA account, then your progress and items won't go with you as they are stored at the EA account level. 

- If you do not care about the progress and items you had on the Xbox account then you can unlink it from its original EA account to link it to a new EA account to use with Cross Progress, but this will be without its progress. 

- EA accounts themselves cannot be merged to get progress and items together.
