please help me my account is hacked
they turned my emails twice and also this random username, please help me to resolve this, i've summited "chat with us" feature 3 TIMES and it doesnt do anything

I'm so sorry to hear about your account! While we aren't able to help with compromised accounts here on the forums, the live support team can help you re-secure your account and help however they can with updating the account information. You've done the best thing by trying to reach out to them.
I'm not sure what is happening when you try to connect through live chat. Could you share a bit more about what you're seeing? Are you able to click on the chat button? Is it looping when you open a chat?
