"Please reset your password" after new apex update

I'm being asked to reset my password, which I did. I went on help.ea.com , no help what so ever. I have the game and have an ea account. Now I suddenly can't play.

SOLVED
Your steam account is linked to another EA account, try to use all your emails!

    I only have 1 origin account, and it isn't linked to my steam, never had this issue before.
