Hello @YunArrebol,

unfortunately, we cannot help you with this issue here in the forum - only Support has access to account data. If the Terms of Services team has already reviewed your account and found the ban to be correctly applied, there is nothing that can be done about it.

I have got the date for that day and send to them. but they never see. many people like me got a response and unban. many body know TOS's ban wronged a lot of people. they always ban some people for uncertain reason and unban for one day. this can prove that they missed a lot of people but blacklist them.
