Hi, @aimanrab
Sorry to hear about the high packet loss and it sounds like a really tough time playing Apex Legends under those circumstances. I recommend checking out the connection troubleshooting steps we have below. There is a "UO Trace" tool in there where you are able to see just how exactly your connection is reaching our servers to show your internet service provider in the event they are able to make any adjustments to your network to help improve connectivity. Thank you for your feedback on server quality, the team is dedicated to making improvements going forward.

There are always helpful steps for Xbox One users if you're experiencing any performance or connection issues.
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Thank you for playing Apex Legends!
