I have packet loss problems most likely only with the London server. Every now and then matchmaking puts me on this server and the game is unplayable. I've included a screenshot of the server number so that it can be easily located. My isp is t-mobile if it changes anything.
@EA_Atic T-mobile can't do anything with this problem I contacted them and they told me it was the game's fault. You can do something about it? I would be very grateful
@FastFu4ion For most of the network issues, that we are seeing it's network hubs that you are getting routed to are having issues. If using a VPN works, means you get a different routing towards our servers then you would have with your ISP.
Inside the red box are potential server hubs that keep sending your data to the end destination and in this case our server. If one of those servers hubs has an issue with being overworked or cant handle the data it will reflect on your connection to us and in-game (bad ping, loss of connections, data loss and so on). This is outside of our domain and control as we don't control how your data get sent to us only that our system accepts it.
This is why I recommended that you reach out to the ISP.
@EA_Atic Thank you so much for your answer. I am in the process of solving the problem with t-mobile, I sent them routes to the servers they are experiencing problems with.
