Potato Grapchis in Apex Legends

Perhaps you knew that through Nvidia Inspector you can turn off textures in the apex completely, I had to do this because of the old PC, there are not enough standard settings. There is a problem ... In a game with any weapons, on a grapheque without textures, there are very strong particles that block the view. Is it possible to turn off particles in a non-game way? And won't I get banned for that?

Thanks.

    Hey @DCP_BrekWorld

You should be able to get at least stable 60+ FPS with a GTX 1050.
What might could be the issue is a background program taking all of the recourses.
Can you try a clean boot and check if this boosts your FPS?

I made a Technical post about fixing the common issue, it's maybe worth a shot to go over my FPS issue post and try a few steps.

I really recommend to not use NVIDIA Inspector as this isn't whitelisted and can get your account banned.

What are the specifications of your PC?

Nvidia Inspector isn't on the EAC - Whitelist so your account can be flagged by the Anti Cheat.

I recommend not tinkering with the Apex files and stick to the in-game settings.

    Hey @Ikram_PKG

As far as I know NVIDIA Inspector is just a program that lets you adjust your clock speeds and fan settings. I use MSI Afterburner on my own PC for the same functions because my GPU fan likes to get way too loud otherwise. I don't think that should cause you any issues.

  • @EA_Kent Thanks for reply, I have GTX 1070 and really curious to try it out. I won't get banned, right?
  • @EA_KentYou are blatantly wrong about that Nvidia Inspector is all about Fan speed and clocks. You can do several settings to alter the look of the game with this tool to gain an unfair advantage over others.
    Ill show an example image.

With this settings you are able to see every enemy miles away even if you shouldnt because of texture that normally would block vision.

It also doesnt improve performance its just optical. So poeple should definitely be banned for using it.

    @NarfTV

Thanks for the heads-up. I appreciate the additional info. Since it could potentially offer an unfair advantage I'd recommend that you don't use it in that case, @Ikram_PKG . Better to be safe than sorry.
