@EA_Illium another update if you're still around (unlikely). When selecting which server I play on, it always says around 25ping. When playing and I get into a fight, jumps up to 50+. That means it is a server issue. Please respond.

We'll share these concerns to the Apex Legends team, thank you. If you are up for any technical troubleshooting on these forums though please feel free to check other threads before creating a new post to see if any workaround fixes help alleviate connectivity issues. I know they can be super frustrating at times, we're here to help when we can. Keep in mind that outside of responding to the hundreds or thousands of posts that are created daily on these forums, our staff also has to craft reports for the game teams, moderate, communicate information from the game teams, report issues/bugs, and much more. However, I don't really understand what is happening here. 3 weeks ago, the last rep wrongfully marked the thread as solved then left and was never heard from again. Sense then, I have been on chat support and scouring the web for solutions every single day to no avail. For months I have been told the team is looking into this issue with no updates. It seems to me that EA doesn't care about these connectivity issues. If they did, people would not be experiencing them each and every season. It is sad that such a huge company can give so little consideration to its customers.

Am having the exact same issue, Xbox One, every other game I play is fine, every apex game is non stop prediction error and textures and models taking forever to load in.
sometime I will land next to an enemy squad and die because the game hadn't loaded in their character models yet so they were invisible to me or if its not that my guns don't load in when I pick them up, there is no way its on my end i've done all the troubleshooting, read all the forums, watched all the videos and nothing works.I would appreciate at least a statement from EA or Respawn confirming they are aware of the issue and plan to fix it, this is my favourite game to play please don't kill it with lazy server maintenance.

@EA_Blueberry @EA_Illium @EA_Kent how many different prediction error posts need to be made before we get some kind of answer to this issue!?!? The fact you guys dont respond for weeks and months is extremely frustrating. Please let us know!!!

@EA_Blueberry @EA_Illium @EA_Kent I was able to remedy the situation mostly by purchasing an external SSD card and running Apex through that for my Xbox One. I still get terrible ping (due to hamster servers and you can't convince me otherwise lol. everyone knows this by now.) but the consistent prediction error every 15-20 seconds is gone. This further affirms my theory that this game was never meant to be played on the Xbox One. It would be nice to get a version of this game that is actually designed for the original xbox one. Not everyone can afford to buy the new system or let alone an SSD. An update of this would be nice guys.
