Ranked Matches Do Not Start,

Hello EA Support Team,

Since the update that included changes to Crypto, I have been experiencing a matchmaking issue in Ranked mode.

Ranked matches rarely start. Casual modes and Wildcard modes work normally without any issues.

I usually play with friends, but in Ranked mode, I am frequently removed or disconnected from the server while my friends are able to stay connected. This issue only affects my account.

Out of approximately 10 attempts, I am only able to successfully join a Ranked match about once.
