If you are up for any technical troubleshooting on these forums though please feel free to check other threads before creating a new post to see if any workaround fixes help alleviate connectivity issues. I know they can be super frustrating at times, we're here to help when we can. Keep in mind that outside of responding to the hundreds or thousands of posts that are created daily on these forums, our staff also has to craft reports for the game teams, moderate, communicate information from the game teams, report issues/bugs, and much more. @EA_Blueberry I appreciate the reply. However, I don't really understand what is happening here. 3 weeks ago, the last rep wrongfully marked the thread as solved then left and was never heard from again. Sense then, I have been on chat support and scouring the web for solutions every single day to no avail. For months I have been told the team is looking into this issue with no updates. It seems to me that EA doesn't care about these connectivity issues. If they did, people would not be experiencing them each and every season. It is sad that such a huge company can give so little consideration to its customers.
