Hi hoping you can help me i have tried all of the guides what are on here to try and get rid of perdition error symbol that keeps coming up when in server sometimes seems ok for a bit then next game it can be from the start, only says 2% at start screen but surely should be 0% have done a speed test and my speed has no problem at all have added test added the packetloss screen i get and added dxdiag info all other games are great like cod and fort nite no issues at all seem just the EA servers i am having trouble with really hope you can help as such a great game but seems unplayable sometimes. Just example sometimes i go to pick weapon up and i right by weapon all of a sudden team mate has picked it up before me and seemed delayed and also i have fired shots standing still at body of opponent what look like definitely hit but not seeming to register please help me Thanks in advance

Hey @dexodd,please delete your grafic driver with de DDU tool (in windows safe mode) and reinstall the newst wqhl driver for your 1060, there is no wqhl logo in your dxdiag.Your internet is fast. But fast means not everytime stable. Which other games you're playing without troubble?My thought is, you have a cable internet and have some troubble with ipv6. Thanks for looking for me i am going to do as you say about delete gfx drivers in safe mode and install correct version also when i visit what is my ip My Public IPv6 is: Not Detected so your correct about that too i have been trying to contact my provider already to see what they say thier end about packet loss but still waiting for a reply so not sure why its not detected and how to go about it.

Just an update for you gfx driver went in ok and now says whql logo'd yes, and my provider is virgin media and i don't think they support ipv6 i have a vpn and tried this out of curiousness but i was told vpn are not good for gaming so never tried it before pings up on servers compared to without vpn but there are now no packetloss at all why is this is it because expressvpn supports ivp6? And would this be anygood to game with to get round the problem as i am still unsure about gaming with vpn on compared to normal really unsure now?

No ipv6 is a good sign, ipv6 is often unstable and can cause many problems. VPN could be a good thing, but often you have a limited amount of download space.Did you tried changing your DNS? If not, try 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 -> Howto

@dexodd hop 1 (your equipment) and 2 (connection to your provider) are looking always fine, so the problem is not you. Call your provider, they usually can see the issue.

Thanks for your reply again contacted my isp and they said I have done some remote checks and everything is fine guess i will just have to grin and bear and play like this for now just hard to play when the perdition error starts .

@dexodd they don't even car about these problems , we have ,, perdition error is there problem not from ISP or your network ,, its from them ,, i did 4 topics b4 no one is caring to this,, the servers are dieng and i stopped the game i will not play it again until they fix it ,,, i will not lose my mind cuz of poor servers

@dexodd Unfortunately, packet loss began with Season 5 for me as well on almost all Asian servers. I have tried many things, but I refuse to believe this problem is on my side, it began right after a new season patch..

i really like this game but it has been off putting when your connection is so bad i already have cod war zone installed and that plays great on all servers so i decided to put fortnite in today hate the game as don't like the building but when i installed it shows ping in server and packet loss in and out and connection was perfect was getting very low ping and no packet loss at all was staying a constant 0% which i was very pleased with would be a decent game if got rid of the building🙂, the i found pubg lite installed that just to test and it is nothing like apex i think personally apex is a class game but with pubg you can also put inside server so you can see what your connection is like and again 0% packet loss in or out and a very low ping so thats 3 games that servers are great for me so it has to be a problem with EA servers not liking my connection. Is there anyway you can get details in server to see what your ping is doing and packet loss etc or is only way you can view at start when game loads would be good if it showed up as running in server i know you can get fps showing as you play just wondering?
