Just an update for you gfx driver went in ok and now says whql logo'd yes, and my provider is virgin media and i don't think they support ipv6 i have a vpn and tried this out of curiousness but i was told vpn are not good for gaming so never tried it before pings up on servers compared to without vpn but there are now no packetloss at all why is this is it because expressvpn supports ivp6? And would this be anygood to game with to get round the problem as i am still unsure about gaming with vpn on compared to normal really unsure now?
No ipv6 is a good sign, ipv6 is often unstable and can cause many problems. VPN could be a good thing, but often you have a limited amount of download space.
Did you tried changing your DNS? If not, try 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 -> Howto
Have tried as you said i still get perdition error popping up now and again but not as bad have added 3 trace results to see if if you think i have any connection issues or not if so i will get on to my provider see what they say thanks again for your help really appreciated i did a trace of ea then of europe and last one was London apex server.
@dexodd hop 1 (your equipment) and 2 (connection to your provider) are looking always fine, so the problem is not you. Call your provider, they usually can see the issue.
Thanks for your reply again contacted my isp and they said I have done some remote checks and everything is fine guess i will just have to grin and bear and play like this for now just hard to play when the perdition error starts .
