Prime gaming not actually linked to EA account?
It shows I successfully claimed the latest Prime Gaming thing which is the Electric Royalty skin bundle for Wattson, but I checked in the game and it wasn't there. I looked through some other respons...

If your Prime Gaming account hasn't been connected to your EA Account, you should be able to go through these steps in order to get that linked:

You should see anything you've claimed waiting in-game after that point, but if you're still missing anything or aren't able to complete those steps I would reach out to an advisor so they can take a look over the account directly.
