@LoLei976431 I have the same issue. Sometimes I get into the splash screen, sometimes the game "starts" but the game tile doesn't appear in my taskbar and I can't actually do anything except close it through task manager, which gives an error with EAC. No idea what they did, but this is not a well tested release.
- Good morning everyone....for a couple of days Apex on a laptop no longer works, or rather, it does all the loading, then it's as if 6-7 windows open and the black screen remains. The nice thing is that if I move the mouse cursor it makes me hear the noises in the game but I don't see anything. I've tried different solutions like uninstalling and reinstalling the game, repairing it, clearing the cache etc but nothing I've tried works. Obviously I didn't change any settings before the problem happened. I made a video to better understand the problem but I can't upload it because it's too big Has anyone had the same problem as me? thank u for any advice
This happens to me every now and then, another bug in the game. What always helps is restarting the graphics driver as long as you have a black screen by pressing Windows Key+STRG+Shift+B.
