I got hacked then banned

So I was playing Apex, and randomly I got banned. I saw that it was a gameplay enhancement ban, and I was so confused. So I went to the website and started looking around. I went to my account to see why. I started going through everything, and I saw some random address from a foreign country. I’m assuming that’s the problem — I don’t know — but there was a random guy logged in, and then I’m banned. This happened a few days ago. I made an appeal, but they denied it. I just made another one. What do I do?
