Progress lost after linking PS Account to EA Account

Would it be possible to get more information about this?

EA ID and PSN ID:
Which items are missing?
Are they missing on all platforms?
Do you get any error messages?
Where any accounts previously linked to another EA account?

Also to confirm, your EA and Origin accounts are the same (as Origin was EA's older PC client) you will not have had to link them together if you played on the Origin client for PC and updated to the EA app.

Hi @EA_Illium, could you get any update on my case? I opened a case at the official EA Support site, but the case has been marked as 'solved' and has been closed without a single word of reply or help. I'd appreciate your help very much because you seem to be my only chance! Thank you!
