PS4 FPS drops + Choppy gameplay (Devs please read)

I love this game, i'm almost a level 80, and i wanna see it succeed. The FPS drops + choppy game play are making this game very very difficult to play. Personally I've noticed the FPS drops depending on location...when you're looking at a specific area it seems smooth and as soon as u turn around it drops. It's worse when you're in battle....bangalore drops a smoke, or caustic drops gas and missiles start coming down in the heat of battle...the frames seem to take a major drop and it really does affect game play. I'm requesting you guys please optimize the graphics issues! have a great day.
