Thanks for giving it a shot.
Can we also try changing the DNS settings on your PS4 to see if that helps at all? Using a different DNS can sometimes help with issues like this. To update the DNS follow the steps below:
- Open up the Settings on your PS4, then go to Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either WiFi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
- Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
- Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS.
- Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection
Let me know if that helps at all. Thanks!

Thanks for giving it a shot.
Do you have access to a PC on the same network where you're playing Apex Legends? If so, could you run a UO Trace and send it to me? That will give us a detailed look at the connection from your device to the servers, so if there's anything happening along the way we might be able to spot it.For more information on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results of the test please send them to me via direct message.

Thanks for sending over the UO Trace. Looking at the second one you sent there's quite a bit of packet loss happening throughout the entire test. It appears to start as soon as the connection is leaving your home network and continues all the way to the final hop.
When you've got a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with your Internet provider to see if they can offer any insight as to where this packet loss might be coming from. If you can show them these same results that may also help narrow it down.
