PS4 Lobby/Party Issues

Since I downloaded the game, about 2 weeks before season 3 launch, I am unable to ready up when returning to the lobby after a match when I'm in a party of 2 or 3. I often do ready up but I do not load into the game but the other two players in the party do load. Only solution so far is to leave the party after every game and have to be invited back to the party, I cannot just join my friends. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times and it hasn't done anything. Any help would be phenomenal. Thanks everyone
