PSN Linked account

Good Day EA Team:

I hope this message finds you well! My question today is about my PSN login being attached to a disabled EA account. Here is the message I am receiving:

Linked Accounts Found

Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account phxsae already linked to your EA Account for d2*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime.

I am not sure I understand, I have not changed my EA account except when it changed from Origin to EA. I have used the same PSN account as well. Can someone help me link my PSN? I do not want to create a new account.
