Purchased the Ulitmate+ pass and it only worked for 1 day.

It unlocked all the characters the day that I purchased it but is not longer working. I attached a picture below of the purchases I made. I first bought the battlepass then the ultimate pass. If anyone can help me that would be awesome thanks for reading! <3
