I just purchased the same voidwalker pack on my Xbox account which was on sale for 100 from 1000 coins and now I'm missing 1000 coins instead. How can I get my coins back? This is theft if it's not resolved. Please advise who to contact for the resolution.
You can see the voidwalker offer is supposed to. Be 100. I was taken off 1000 so I am Owed 900. Chat advisor said they can't do and to message on the forum. This is crazy that no one can get my money back.
The pack literally shows discount from 1000 to 100. It's a store bug. I have a screen shot of the offer and my current in a bit from Xbox.
MADRESPEXX Unfortunately when you buy something in-game, it cannot be refunded, (be it with Apex Coins, Exotic Shards, etc.)
Furthermore, each Voidwalker pack is 1,000 Apex Coins, but the price may be discounted based on how many items you own from the Voidwalker pack, (which doesn't include the other non-related pack items found within the pack's item pool, (as shown below)).
The pricing for each Voidwalker pack is as followed, (Note: There is a display error here, as it shows "own 5 to 7 items" for 700 twice. The last one is suppose to say its 1,000 Apex Coins for the 8th, 9th, and 10th pack, (like how the previous themed packs were listed)):

Apex Legends - Voidwalker PackIf you didn't own more than one of the Voidwalker items, then being charged 1,000 Apex Coins would indeed be a bug. Do you have a screenshot of the store page showing the discount on the pack and what you currently own?
Help. Can a community manager help. I was just told my email to contact chat, then chat said they can't help and to check a community manager. I've posted this for days with no response.
Any ideas anyone? Missing 1000 coins
