I merged a couple threads together about this same issue.
It sounds like this is an issue that's currently being tracked. If you haven't tried playing again lately can you try restarting your system and see if there's been any improvement?

I have just tried restarting and it still didn't work. Then I tried reinstalling both origin and the game and that didn't work either.
