Questions about account heirlooms
My account has exceeded level 500 but I have not obtained any heirlooms, EA help has confirmed this problem for me. But they said "Unfortunately, we are unable to grant heirlooms to players on our side.", and Refer me here, I have been waiting for a long time for the issue...Thank you

Afaik the is no pack counter available to check.
There are 3rd party sites that can give you a rough idea of where you are in the countdown to your heirloom, like the one below.

The new level cap in Apex Legends is effectively 2000.
You can loop through levels 1-500 4 times.
The total number of packs you can now earn, through leveling up to 2000, is 544 packs. That is a guaranteed heirloom.
