Queue stuck at 1 Player since cross prog.

I got cross prog. fairly early and last week my game on PS5 continuesly got error code:TAP. Now this week I can't get into any matches anymore. Queue is stuck at 1 player no matter the platform. Tried PS5 and Xbox one x, both with latest update installed.

My GFs acc works no problem so it's definitely linked to my acc and most likely a bug with cross prog.

Please help :/ I wanna play the new event and that rly sucks. My acc name is HairyTony on PS5 

I think it all started when I left a TDM game early, so basically the game was already over but I didn't wanna see the end screen so I left early. That was the last game I could queue into.

    Okay quick update, apparently my account is completely blocked/banned from EA now? I have done nothing wrong, I'm not a cheater, I don't use some sort of aim cheat device or anything.

    I have spend a lot of money on my account, can someone please look into this? Account name is HairyTony on PSN.

    I found out about it being banned because I logged in to ea.com and tried figuring out why this could happen... Super strange, how can this be? I play regular matches every now and then, nothing more... Has my email been hacked or something? Maybe on switch? My account there is linked to my main account on PS5 now... :/ pls help

    I’m currently getting the same issue on Xbox series s but something about cross prog popped up and god knows what I pressed.
