r5apex.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
What should I do now? this message appears when the blue bar loads, i tried everything. I am waiting for technical support answer

Run the game as administrator if that don't work then try to update or reinstall .NET framework and directx
Also verify that you don't have any windows updates laying around and the latest drivers for your gpu.
If above don't work open cmd as administrator and type in chkdsk :c /f /r in cmd and press enter.
If you get promt by the text "Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the
next time the system restarts? (Y/N)" Type Y and press Enter key.
If your pc don't restart automaticly then go ahead and restart your system.
