pretty much title, in case I want to close the game or restart it, apex legends as a window disappears but the process keeps running. I've tried multiple things to fix it such as killing it with cmd, task manager, repairing, reinstalling.
Anyone has a fix?

I'm running i7-12700k + rtx 3080, never have had issues on games way higher end than this.
same reboot is the only fix for me.
Try restarting your PC.
Do not use the power down button or the shut down option, try using the restart option as this does much more than just simply booting down the device.
If that doesn't resolve it, open an admin command prompt and use this command: shutdown /s /f /t 0
It will shut your system down, properly closing everything.
And if it persists after that, try repairing the game.
Steam says my game is running while I already exited the game. I look for apex in task manager but it is not there. I shutdown my PC and then open to see Apex saying its running while i just shutdown and boot up my PC. I am stuck in this moment for an 1 hour
