r5apexdx12runtime Error

Hello, I'm having an issue where I can't launch Apex Legends. I've tried almost everything I can think of to resolve it. I reinstalled Windows for a fresh start and verified the game files. I also deleted the r5apexdx12runtimedll file and then reverified the game files. I completely wiped my graphics drivers and did a fresh install, updated my BIOS, and updated every driver I could think of. I disabled all overlays I could find. I tried running EasyAntiCheatEOSSetup, but it only opens for a split second and then immediately closes. I checked my RAM and found no hardware issues. I also reinstalled DirectX using the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer. Finally, I ran sfc scannow, but it didn’t detect any problems. Despite all of this, the game still refuses to open.
