Rampart heirloom not unlocking
I've bought the evolution event packs and I've unlocked all 24 items but it wont let me unlock or equip the Rampart heirloom at all. I've tried restarting the game and waited a few hours but its not ...

@EA_David I'm not quite sure what you mean by that but I've attached a picture of what I think you mean? I don't remember what the last item I got was, but I do know that I got it from opening evolution packs. If you meant something else, let me know and ill do my best to get you the info you need.

Thanks for that info about the BP. What's your current level and do you recall the last Premium Item you got, if any?I am currently Level 104. the last premium item I got was literally just the 3 character skins and the 30-30 skin from unlocking the pass. I have attached 2 pictures to this to illustrate what I'm about to say. As you can see it says that I'm level 104 and have everything unlocked but when i click on anything it says that its locked and requires a certain battlepass level, which i have. Idk man, this is really disheartening and frustrating.
Also, idk if this could be related but, I can't claim any of my premium track rewards for the battle pass. Hope this can be figured out soon because it's very frustrating.
