Random Ban

I do not know why I have been banned on my EA account. I recently had my steam account hacked so I was trying to recover it. I did end up recovering it with the help of steam support. That I believe might have been on the day of the ban on EA.

I haven't even logged into EA for a while until I started to recover my hacked account.

The most recent login I did was a few days ago when I was trying to change which steam account my EA is linked to which I later found out that It can only be linked to one steam account through it's lifetime. That's when I knew I had to recover my hacked steam account in-order to play apex.

Now that I got everything back, I have a ban on EA for no apparent reasons?

Please help me understand why my account has been banned and how can I fix that?

I have been playing apex since season 2 or 3 and I also have a heirloom. I don't want to lose this account ☹️
