Random high ping every other match

I have the exact same issue, and for me it started last week. It is rly frustrating! Cant seem to fix it. Internet is fine ofc, and my normal ping will be 20-50 on EU, and when I play on NA its 120-150. But every 2-4th match on average, I will get like 230 ping for the entire match.
