Random high ping every other match

Could this maybe be an internet provider issue? I'm living in Randers and in having the same issue. But my friend who lives just outside Copenhagen has got no issues at all? I'm currently using Fastspeed

@SmeetheartDepends. I play from South Korea in Japan/Tokyo servers and latency is total lottery.

Local Apex community did dig into problem (And I dig into them digging ha), cause its very abnormal that country with the best average internet connection on the planet has such weird problems with neighbor country that also has excellent internet infrastructure. On our market only Apex Legends is known to have such troubles (And this problem occur in all regions lol)

Conclusion, to be short: It is Apex's fault.
In our case VPN helps because it cheats Apex Matchmaker.
It makes game think that your latency is low (less than 10ms) while in reality it is 500% to 5000% higher that what average Japanese player has, and this little dirty hack affects how you get placed by the matchmaker.
With VPN you get 100% consistent low latency matches, but since VPN adds tons of latency on its own, it is hardly a perfect solution. Hope one day Apex's dev team will fix this issue
