Random Input Lag, Desync, and Audio Issues

I am experiencing random issues with severe input lag, desync, and audio problems in the game. These issues seem to appear and disappear without any clear reason. Some weeks, the game runs smoothly, but during others, the desync and delay are so bad that it’s nearly impossible to hit any shots, and the audio quality becomes very poor.

There are no in-game signs of these problems—just a noticeable feeling of delay and desync. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution, but nothing I’ve tried has worked.
