Randomly Got an Email Saying "This Email Is No Longer Monitored"
Can someone explain to me what this means? Is it a good thing? I randomly got this email even though I haven't played or done anything EA related for like a month.

This was an email that went out to a number of players that had previously open cases or reports.
The wording of this email indicating you sent a message to an email no longer being monitored is incorrect however, apologies for the confusion.
More specifically, a previously open case or report has been closed, and this was purely a notification with unfortunately inaccurate message text, sorry about that.
This wouldn't require any action on your end at all as the intention was informational, but you can check your prior cases here or contact support directly if you'd like to discuss any of those in more detail, thanks!
