Ranked queue bugged. When sitting in lobby, it shows Masters tier with friends but in the bottom corner it shows Gold 4. Going into queue is all Masters and Apex Pred lobbies even though I'm Gold 4 now. Can't queue with friends. It's like I didn't fully demote. Played a few games in ranked too, still didn't reset.

I've seen this happen from time to time. Usually after you play some ranked matches it will sync your ranks back up so you can queue normally.

Community ManagerAh, I think I misunderstood what you were saying.
It sounds like it's more of an issue with matchmaking. We've been sending up a ton of feedback on how the matchmaking works in Apex Legends. I know it can definitely be pretty frustrating when you're getting matched against someone with a much different rank. I'll pass along your feedback as well.
