Ranked badges didn’t transfer

I got the prompt got all of my skins , ranked charms , got my heirlooms but my season 8 - 9 pred badges did not . Note I was a higher level on my PlayStation account .

crashing while in game

Apex closes right after splash screen.
Apex just closes after the "click to continue" option shows up, it's not crashing just closing, I legit feel like I've tried everything and nothing has worked thus far this is my last hope truly.

Apex won't close, after exiting to desktop
Hey, So Apex after exiting to desktop wont close, I have already tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Verified Windows install etc. Please see screenshot showing this Apex technical issue
