Ranked Progress and DDOS

I’ve tried to contact ea help for this but the website won’t let me contact so I’m forced to post here. I’m an avid player of this game with other 40 days and have spent a decent amount of money on this game. In the last week the server has crashed when leaving the game 10+ times, the firing range has been shut down on me twice for no reason and I’ve also been ddosed three times. Overall I’ve lost over 150 ranked points from being kicked out the game and when I’m grinding playing everyday and one ddos because of their servers sets me back 80 points and gets me a 10 minute ban I’m done. I want my ranked points back at least and want some sort of compensation for both me and my friend who has gone through the same issue with me . Attached is a screen shot of me being banned for ten minutes after being ddosed and I cannot attach clip of the game freezing in real time but I do have one . And before you make claims about the WiFi it’s not my connection because the game ended and everyone else was also kicked out.
