Alternatively you can google the manufacturer of the mouse and check for driver updates.
- I have Razer synapse which is up to date. The only "driver" existing is the Synapse program for any razer peripherals
What version do you have and what mouse do you have? i had a issue ages ago where the software didnt updade altho there was one availible
- I have Synapse 2.0 and using Deathadder Chroma, i have checked multiple times for updates and tried to reinstalled synapse as well
