I mean, that's just it. I have done it twice. I have provided all order numbers, screen shots of everything, literally every piece they would need to investigate and I get a generic answer. Clearly no one is actually looking into it. It is incredibly frustrating that I have no ability to discuss with anyone. I need to know how to elevate the claim because I am getting zero support. It's not like I lodged a complaint and left it at that. I tried for over a week to resolve the initial issue and the result is a perma-ban on my season 0 account. So to say someone is reviewing it, which I'm sure is what you're told to say, is just hard to believe. It would take 5 minutes of investigating to see the original order never delivered to my account. So the decision to uphold a ban on that account is hard to stomach.
