You didn't do anything wrong in this matter. Cross Progression is happening in waves so that we can have a smooth transition.

Eventually, the prompt should come to you soon. But, we don't have an exact time lapse as to when you'll receive the notification to merge your accounts. I've been waiting as well since the new season was released. Just as long as your platform accounts are under the same EA Account, you should be fine.

    hello, right now i loaded to apex and i got a notification on screen "cross progresion is here" and it said i need to wait a few minutes but when i went to lobby i didnt get anything

    Same for me... Triple checked that the right accounts are connected too...

    @shalikas100 This is exactly what happened to me as well. I didn’t receive my lifeline heirloom as well as other cosmetics and battlepass rewards from seasons 0-4 on Xbox. My PC account is my main and is what I’ve been playing on ever since. This matter is just wild

    The prompt for cross progression shows up in the main menu before logging into the lobby on Apex Legends. What you saw was the announcement based off the game. It's actually like a message board they in the game so do not be fooled. I was fooled was as well when I was waiting for my accounts to merge. But eventually, you will get the notification to merge your accounts.

    Make sure that all your platform accounts are linked under the same EA Account and not unlinked from any other EA Profile to your main account.

    Did you unlink any of your platform account from another EA Account?
    Did you receive the prompt in the main menu?

    @TheRedLion93  I got the notification yesterday about saying it was here and I already had my ea hooked up with my ps4 and apparently steam but I still not have gotten anything transferred to my pc. I think everything I had got transferred to console, which I’m updating on my ps4 currently to check but I’ve kept checking and nothing has shown up not even my coins and etc.

    all it said was cross progression is here then it said wait a moment and once I was in the in game screen nothing showed besides what I had on pc

    my xbox account was linked to random ea account but i unlinked it and linked it with my main ea acc. will my xbox account merge with my ea account or the one i unlinked it from?

    @TheRedLion93 the prompt I got, was the one ,before I loaded into the lobby. Not the one in the News tab in the lobby. It said that cross progression is here for me, then it loaded for a few seconds, sent me to the lobby ,but there wasn't any Cross-Progression happening...

    Unfortunately, no it will not take into affect.

    Due to having 2 separate EA Accounts and not having the platform accounts under the same main EA Account beforehand, cross progression will not work.

    Unlinking any platform accounts from an EA Profile could result to progression loss. Did you previously have any progress coming from your Xbox Account?

    So I checked my console account and progression and it transfered the pc level and skins to console but my console level was higher so that means I lost every skin and heirloom and from my console account :/

    not sure if it's gonna take awhile for everything to show up but it might just be that

    Hello, 2 years ago I started playing on PC leaving my Xbox account, on October 24, 2023 I saw that my Xbox account was linked to another EA email. Realizing this I decided to unlink the Xbox profile to link it to my current PC EA account, I think that is why this error occurs, when I logged into Steam the Cross progression appeared but nothing happened so I decided to turn on my console to see my account and I was surprised that my Xbox account was now the PC account but without THE SKINS AND MATERIALS OR ANYTHING that I had gotten on Xbox, what does that mean that everything was deleted? That everything I achieved on Xbox during 1 and a half years was lost? The only thing they gave me were the coins I had in the console, my question is, is there a solution for this? (Sorry for the bad English, I use Google Translate)

    Yes, I had played until season 7, it had a lot of things. but when playing on xbox, only my pc account appears without anything I had on xbox )=

    If you had 2 different EA Accounts and try to unlink any of them to be placed on your main EA Profile, cross progression won't work properly and your content won't be available.

    Like I said in my previous post, unlinking either/or EA Account can cause loss of progression.

    Any platform accounts you want merged has to be under the same main EA Account beforehand in order for cross progression to take affect.
