bad news. at least ,now we can go on without checking constantly for news
☹️
so there is no solution?Ayyyy haha thats unfortunate. Well then *flyes away*
so there is no solution?
Aw, man. Was really looking forward to playing this game. I thought since other games managed to make it run without SSE4.1, Apex Legends would be fixed as well, especially that it is built on the same engine as Titanfall 2, which worked great on my Phenom II x4 980.
So I can play BF V (which has higher recommended Specs) but not Apex? Strange, but whatever
except other games have fixed this issue quickly thus there is a fix you just are too lazy to do it. not to mention more graphically demanding games then this work just fine on these cpus....
- Goodbye apex...
- Thanks for answering, but it was to be expected.
It seems that they want to lose a part of players.
For all those who followed this thread as much as I ...
To summarize what he said ...
Throw away your old PCs that can still run recent games ...
Because we do not adapt ... Hilarious is I have 3 hours in Apex and I dont play a single second 🙂))
- Thanks EA you are done it again. Gaining our hearths and other things :/
NO SOLUTION FOR PHENOM USERS!!!! * EA and all their games I will never play another one of them.
- Good EA...
I return to fortnite x)
There is, they are not willing to implement it. Nothing you can do on your side tough.
This is not concerning only old PCs or Phenom CPU.
I cannot play the game with my Ryzen 7 2700X, the game crash few minutes after launched.
I had to reinstall origin to be able to launch it if not the game crashed at launching.
It made 4 hours to reply to this thread cause I wasn't able to sign in on site.
Great Experience EA as usual with your company.........
This is an absolute crock. Just, like, why?
That's EA not CDPR or Other company what did you guys expect? customer friendly solution? they just dont care Omegalul.
Even tho I can finally play the game myself I think its * because literally tons of other games that did exact same thing at release with CPUs without SSE 4.1 instruction set (MGS Phantom Pain,Hitman,No Mans Sky and maany more) just got patched in literally days so we know its not an problem at all to do so. Tons of replies here that could be potential lootbox buyers/customers but im not an EA representative/employee so I suppose I think differently lmao but to be serious I think they should be able to patch that relatively easily game just launched be patient I hope they will do that and people with these CPUs will get to play the game as fast as its possible.
Other games can fix this problem in 1 week / 1 day or even less and EA comes with the one that does not have how we play because it does not fit the minimum requirements, it can only be a joke...
I do not speak english very well sry!
@EA_Blueberry
it would be nice to hear from a Dev the specific reason why, plenty of games with even more demanding requirements have been patched to run on cpu's without the SSE4.1 instruction set so why cant this?Unbelieveable. That was a first multiplayer BR I actually liked and was willing to play. I guess that's destiny. Well, at least now I can stop refreshing this page and delete Origin with clean conscience.
Edit: I like how it says SOLVED in title lol
EA Doesn't care, I was on help all morning with run around erroneous replies that fixed nothing. I tried to call them out on it and they close chat.... Great company I'm gonna blast them everywhere.
I can play games at 4k with my 2070 and because they refuse to recompile it i can not play???? Funny thing is i have a playstation 4 but with anthem and apex having this problem i cant be bothered to give you guys money. Just stop being lazy and fix it, its not hard ubi, bungie, and and many more have fixed this......... pure greed and lazyness
First BR game to like it, but cant play Thanks EA and Respawn.. Good Luck with the game
