Usually, those kind of visual glitches are seen on PC and indicate an issue with the graphics drivers.

As you have done a factory reset which reinitialises all console software, you may at this point need to contact PlayStation support to determine if your console needs to be replaced.

Hopefully it is still within warranty.

Thank you, Barry. I will contact Sony again to begin the process. I've contacted them previously and they said if the issue persists, I'd need to send it in to them. The thought though of sending in my new console through the mail for it to be handled without care scares me!
