While Cross Progression is being introduced this season, it is rolling out in waves so not everyone will see it immediately.
You should see a splash screen similar to the one below confirming your account has been migrated once this takes place.
Don't be concerned if this doesn't appear for you immediately, but once that process completes do let us know if you're encountering anything unusual. Thanks!

My account won't load anything after trying it, locked all my characters (aside from starters) in game currency can't load I had 15 heirlooms that are gone no skins or gun skins?? What info do you need to look into this?
This is my old ea account all my current connections are to ea id buckmasonn
Sir, im having same trouble i just link my xbox acc and psn, i cant do nothing cant select a legend, check battle pass and stuff everything is bug
You haven't loaded to a server. This happens every new season on the first day. Keep closing the game and reloading and eventually it will work.

Cross Progression only applies to the various platforms connected to a single EA account.
Unfortunately there is not a way to transfer content or progress between separate EA accounts.
If you re-link that account to the original EA account, you should see that progress returned and available.
If you're having trouble getting that re-linked to the correct account, our support can assist.

I unlinked an account to relink it to an account that had my other accounts on it and lost everything. Can’t click on legends, loadout, store, have no skins. And when I go to unlink it again to try and go back to the old account it says I can’t relink for 4 months
It was stated that before a certain date u could no longer get youre account cross progressed so linking it now would do thing
Well you're out of luck if you would have paid attention it's already too late to link or unlink accounts to get youre account cross progressed I Believe it was sometime last week
Same here, unlinked from old ea account and linked my account with all my progress. I can only select play and clubs

@EA_Mako Surely there has to be more information than this? All of us were extremely excited only to be left empty-handed. Telling us it's coming whenever feels like a big letdown, please respectfully understand how frustrating this is from the outside.
Just gotta ps5 for apex after playin on Xbox for 3 years and it’s sayin on website no accounts made after October 26th can merge?

@buckmacewindu happened to me too once when I tried to migrate mi progress from 1 email to another, it appear that progress is lined to the email so to recover it you must return apex to the old email, I chatted with EA customer support and they unlinked the account from the email in a couple of minutes and I was able to reinstate the old email in the account, recovering everything. However I never tried to merge the accounts for fear of that issue happening again... I hope you are able to get everything back!
its crazy there is no anymore chat option for me so i cant even contact EA anymore
i dont know what the do anymore all data is lost for my main pc account ... this is so frustrating. in EA CHAT they said everything is fine i just have to wait update...
