I got randomly banned while I wasnt even online

That sort of sounds like your account may had been hacked, so I recommend securing your EA Account and any linked platform account by changing account passwords, logging out of any other device, and turning on Two-Step Verification.

Thank you, I already checked and went through it all. My best guess was that it falsely got reported somehow, but I wouldnt be able to tell you why :// 

Tho the status now says "new", I still didnt get any notify whatsoever though

Update:
They looked at my appeal and denied it. In tried to sent another one now, this time even with footage from the Stream of a friend of mine (He streams on Twitch and my last gameplay was with him, in said stream) and with Screenshots of my Tasks Manager + installed things. 

While waiting I also tried to reach the Live-Support but there I only got weird ChatGPT answers with insanely weird grammar (I am pretty sure a human didnt even look at my appeal if I am being honest).
