There are a couple of things you can try to fix this. Disabling any overlays that you might have, such as Discord, screen recorders, and so on, might help. Also, if your resolution is not set to Fullscreen yet, please do so as this might happen if you have it set to Window mode or Borderless. If none of these resolve your issue, please have a look at this post as other players found some alternative solutions.
