Re: Apex game keeps crashing on Xbox series X

Thanks for contacting us about this. When the game crashes, what is happening? Is the game closing and sending you back to the Xbox dashboard or are you just disconnecting and returning to the Apex menus?

    Thank you for responding! It's just booting me out of the game entirely to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes though it will just freeze and not crash me out of the game but majority of the time the game just crashes and sends me to the xbox dashboard.
